So one way I have made a positive change is through running. My running story is like many who write blogs, never a runner, became a runner because I was overweight, etc. I don’t want to concentrate on that though. I want to tell you more about my races and why I call myself a runner.
It took me some time before I could call myself a runner. Yes I would run. I would not run fast or (use to be) far, but I would run. Then it hit me one day, as I was running, I focus most of my attention on… running. So does that make me a runner? Well I went to school for 4 years and became a nutritionist, that makes me a nutritionist right?
And that my friends is how I became a runner! Below are the races I have completed! The good, the bad and the ugly!
