Yesterday I mentioned I gave a presentation to the run group pertaining to nutrition, I thought I would share with you the information I shared with the run group as it pertains to running and this is a slice of what this blog is all about!

This is just a very basic overview of nutrition for runners and just a little presentation to help these new runners figure out a few tricky spots when it comes to nutrition!
Do you watch what you eat when it comes to running?
What food group are you more likely to eat? Which one are you less likely to eat?
