Hiiiii
How is it going? How was your weekend?
Mine was pretty packed with work and some awesome workouts, but B and I did get to spend a little bit of time together 🙂
Friday: I had a great workout with #NTC once again and got in a great sweat to start the weekend off on the right foot. The rest of the day was spent working at the store and taking some treats to B at the law school. He actually had to spend the night {which has happened one other time} because he had a test on Saturday morning {!?!}. He rocked the test though so I guess it was worth it!
Saturday: This was the usual Saturday {run group/working}, the only difference was we were dead at the store, so weird for a springtime Saturday! I was able to look at a few grad schools though, more on that later ;).
B and I rounded out the Saturday with a nice dinner at Tropical Smoothie {I got the 1/2 salad, 1/2 smoothie combo}
Sunday: B and I have started this tradition of getting some coffee and going on a nice Sunday walk around a neighborhood around us that has amazing homes. This morning we continued the tradition and found some pretty cool things along the way!
We ended the weekend with a 5.2 mile run together and watching The Amazing Race!
Your Turn!Â
What is the weirdest thing you have seen while out running/walking?
Anyone get in a good run this weekend? Â
That carved log is awesome and yarning is the strangest, but coolest, public art I’ve ever seen.
I know it was totally strange! I thought it was paint at first but once you would get closer it was clear it was yarn!
I have to agree, I never have seen anything like it!
Love the log! That scarf tree is hilarious, I love it! I need to pay better attention when I am out, I can’t think of anything odd. But I do love looking for animals if I am by chance lucky enough to be running up in the mountains:)
1. That is awesome about running in the mountains 2. The log totally made my day! 🙂
