We are preparing for some major snow which will be hitting us around 4 pm, so I am going to be getting some grocery shopping in and some other errands before the snow really hits us!

Thursday: 6 mile run (hill, speed, recovery mile X2)
Friday: 3 mile easy run + Pinterest workout
Saturday: Rest
Sunday: 2.5 mile run + P90X Chest, Shoulders, Arms
Monday: 9 mile long run
