Happy Monday!
I hope you all had a great weekend, let’s just review mine real quick before I jump into a fun topic 🙂
Friday: Worked the morning shift and B had to stay late at school, so I watched Guilt Trip (great movie!) and had a nice dinner of rotisserie chicken bean stew! YUM!
Saturday: Worked all day, but came home to a really nice card, fall bouquet and sparkling wine from my sweetie!
Sunday: Worked out and then went home to get my winter clothes sense the weather is dramatically changing in Ohio. I also spent the evening with one of my best friends so it was a win-win all around!
So let’s get today! This weekend in the “First 5k” program we talked about how to breath when running. At times I will catch myself not breathing when running and then I realize why running had gotten so hard! Does anyone else do this?

I usually breath in through my nose and out through my mouth but if I’m running with someone I talk so who knows then haha
