How was your Mother’s Day yesterday?
Mine was pretty great! B and I went back home on Saturday and we spent the night with his family. On Sunday we woke up and hit the road to Cincinnati to spend the day with my mom and her side of the family! All in all it was a great day!
So like I said, this is going to be a super random post! Let’s talk about the workouts.
Like I said I was going to be taking some time off running. I had ran a half marathon on Saturday and was just tired of training. So I promised myself 2 whole weeks off from running. That lasted about 4 days!
Ran: 3 miles easy, 2.50 miles to the bank
Walked: 2 miles
Ran: 2.5 miles
Biked: 7 miles
Walked: 2 miles
Ran: 5 miles (3 slow with B and then 2 miles by myself at an average of 8:30)
As you can see I have really cut back on my workouts over the past couple of days. Mile wise that is. I really, really, really have been enjoying the shorter distance. I think my body is appreciating it more as well!
