How was your weekend?
Mine started out great with seeing my dad, then Saturday B and I went out to Cheesecake Factory (we waited 2+ hours for a table!!), and Sunday I was sick all day.
I have mentioned before on the blog before how I can’t eat gluten. I was diagnosed with a gluten intolerance, not Colitis or Crohns, but an intolerance for gluten. My stomach and intestines are still healing, so at times I have very bad flares. These flares make my life miserable.
I understand that my symptoms are nothing compared to others and I don’t want to sound that I’m complaining or being whinny. Yesterday however was spent on the couch laying in a ball, going to the bathroom (A LOT), and trying to fall asleep when I could.
I have been working on a more intense post about my digestive system and hope to have it up this week. I know that sounds lovely:)
Any-who, today was the official start to the 1/2 marathon training. And it was a bust! I think from lack of food yesterday, my body was just not in the mood for running. So i’m going to try in a few hours again and hope it will go better.
Guess what i’m doing tonight?! I’m going to my first Pure Barre class! I’m stoked! The first class is free and I kept hearing about it on other blogs, so i’m really interested in what will happen! Wish me luck!
